In this training you will learn why you procrastinate and gain insight into what type of procrastinator you are. You will work with exercises and learn to deal with limiting thoughts. During the training various techniques will be discussed with which you learn to plan, organize and focus. After the training you will work independently with exercises. After about two weeks there is a (online) follow-up meeting in which the exercises are discussed.

The training is given by two experienced psychologists. During the training there is plenty of room for personalattention and guidance.
This training consists of an individual intake,fully catered training day including lunch, drinks, materials, reference work and an (online) follow-up meeting.
